My family and friends came to Mansfield for the day on Saturday, July 13th. Our friends from out of town reserved a cabana for the day as it was going to be hot, and the reservation was made at the Colony instead of Mansfield by mistake. A situation that was frustrating and could have been brushed aside as our fault was handled extremely well by Ryan in Mansfield. Not only was he quick to apologize for something he has no control over, but he also made sure we found covered tables for the day. He reassured us that we would be able to reserve a cabana for another trip to the park and checked in on us multiple time during the day to make sure we were all set with food and drinks. As a teacher and former hostess, the service industry is one that can go sour quickly if not handled with patience and understanding. Your management choice in Ryan is a great one, and I am thankful for the experience we had on Saturday at your park.
