An Email from a Garland Guest:

Today, I took my 6-year-old son to Hawaiian Falls. It was our first visit ever. We had a blast.  Unfortunately, I lost the key to my locker and, by the time I realized it, someone had found the key and used it to steal a bag containing my iPhone 5, my wallet, and my car keys.

In the face of a very upset customer (me), your employee Justin admirably kept his cool. He had several employees looking for my bag and even someone watching my car in case the thieves tried to use the keys.  I was left without my phone and my cash. Justin directed me to the first aid station where I used the phone to call my wife. Then, he got me some ice water and had the food vendors give my son a hot dog and chips. He checked on us and apologized repeatedly. He made a terrible experience more bearable.

They found my empty bag in the restroom and brought it to me.Then, came the even more remarkable part: I got a phone call at 8 pm from TJ telling me they found my wallet in a trash can! He waited around for me to drive from Dallas to pick it up (I am having surgery tomorrow and needed my photo ID right away).

While I was thanking him, a woman with the cleaning crew (didn't catch her name) ran up and handed me my keys! She had found them at the bottom of another trash can and pulled them out. So, your employees saved the day. In the end, I am only out my iPhone and the cash in my wallet. Please give Justin, TJ, and Maria my sincere thanks (and a raise!)
