Will Murdock - TOP1 Star

I am just writing to you to tell you about the exceptional service we received today at Hawaiian Falls Garland. We rented a cabana and right from the start were treated with some of the kindest service we have ever received before. The cabana guy whose name was Justin provided us with extraordinary service. Our drinks were never empty and he always made sure my kids were happy. When my daughter got stung by a bee he returned with a bag of cotton candy for her and told us it was on him.

I hope he doesn't get in trouble for that, but just wanted to show an example of how much he went out of his way to make our whole party happy. He greeted us with a smile every time and no matter how complicated or demanding our orders were he took care of it for us. My husband and him were joking with each other all day. He knew how to relate to everyone all the way from my husband down to my 4 year old daughter.  

Half way through the day he introduced us to a young man by the name of Will who took over for him. Will continued in Justin's footsteps and was great. Even after Justin passed it on to Will he made sure to come check on us and the cabanas around us when he could.  At the end when we asked Will how long Justin has been serving cabanas he informed us that he was actually one of the supervisors and never serves cabanas.  I just want whomever should know that it's not necessarily the rides that always brings us back to Hawaiian Falls, it's the people like Justin and Will. Both of these gentlemen treated us like something special and provided us with service that unfortunately now a days is rare to find.
