From: Dan Black Subject: Tyree Lusk - The Colony Maintenance/Grounds Had a great time with my kids and one of their friends today. Your park was clean, the staff were very friendly and the lifeguards were alert. We also really enjoyed the School of Rock performances. To top off our day we had a misstep, as we were leaving we opened the automatic lift gate on the back of our Santa Fe, threw the bags in and closed it. Just then realizing that we locked our keys, and phones in the car. A kind park employee named Tyree quickly loaned us his personal cell phone so that we could call Hyundai roadside assistance to have our doors remotely unlocked. Not just every young man would hand over his personal phone like Tyree did. I just wanted you to know that you have a fine employee there. He even stuck by to ensure that we were able to get in. I had to write to thank you for an excellent day at the park and for hiring high caliber employees like Tyree. Please pass along our thanks to Tyree (parking lot grounds crew) at your Colony park for stepping up to help a family of park guests in need.
