What a unique opportunity!
This past Saturday, Hawaiian Falls Waterpark opened our park
up to local churches. They encouraged their membership to invite families and
friends to come out and get to know more about their church and to spread the
word about Jesus. We had around 10 area churches that participated and 1500+ people
in the park that evening.
At 8pm, we asked everyone to make their way to the wave pool
for a brief message and to share in the Baptisms that were going to be performed.
It was such a sweet spirit moving through the park. I had a brief, quiet moment
to pause and take it all in. I had climbed to the top of one of our attractions
to have a better view of the entire park. At one point I looked out over the
wave pool to see three different baptisms going on at one time. Families and
friends had joined folks out in the water in support and love to witness as
well.
I am very thankful to be a part of a company, a family
really, that allows us to serve the people in the community!
